Processing & Handling

    •    Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

    •    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Rates

    •    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.


Delivery Times

    •    Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days.

    •    Expedited shipping typically takes 1-3 business days.

    •    Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once shipped, delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.


Order Tracking

    •    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Restrictions

    •    We currently ship to U.S. only.

    •    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless specifically stated.


Lost or Damaged Packages

    •    Rabbit Hole is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

    •    If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.


Incorrect Address

    •    Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
